Separate and independent understanding will be formulated between Cedars International and each of the industrial partners who will commit to join the project. The Lease Contract of 8 to 15 years with all parties will be uniformly based on fixed price per m² per year for a “class A” or “class B” structure. The variations in the contract value will depend on the requirements of the partners individually for additional management, administrative, marketing, legal services or consultation services of any nature.
